These Terms of Service (“Terms”) regulate your access to and use of the WebCanvas website (the “Site”). This agreement is between you and StellarRover, LLC (“StellarRover,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and is vitally important that you review these provisions carefully. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued access and use of the Site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to, or cannot comply with, the modified Terms, you must cease using the Site.

Content

The Website is available for a personal and non-commercial use and for informational purposes only. You may not access or use the Website if you are not at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Website.

User Content and User Models

"User Content" encompasses all forms of data and information, excluding User Models, that a user uploads, shares, submits, provides, or makes use of in conjunction with the Website. This category also captures any engagements and interactions with our AI systems, collectively referred to as “Submit.” Examples of such content include but are not limited to text, photographs, videos, and other media or materials. "User Model" denotes any AI models, tasks, software, services, applications, or datasets submitted by a user. You accept all responsibility for any risks related to the use of your User Content and User Models, including potential exposure of any information that could personally identify you or others. We do not commit to maintaining or backing up any User Content or User Models. It is your sole responsibility to create backups of your User Content and User Models as needed.

We retain the right (but are not obligated) to examine any User Content and User Models and may take suitable measures at our discretion if you breach any terms of these conditions. Actions we may take include altering or removing your User Content and User Models and terminating your account.

You are advised not to include any confidential, private, or personal information in your interactions with our AI systems, as the information you Submit could become part of a public open source dataset that we intend to publish on our Website.

When you provide User Content, such as interactions with our AI systems, you grant us (and confirm that you have the authority to grant) an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully-paid worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display publicly, perform, create derivative works from, integrate into other works, and otherwise utilize such User Content. You also grant the right to sublicense these privileges. Additionally, you irrevocably waive (and agree to assist in waiving) any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution related to the User Content you provide.

Similarly, when you submit User Models, you grant us (and affirm your right to grant) an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and fully-paid worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and perform such User Models for the purpose of operating and providing the Website, and to grant sublicenses of these rights. You also irrevocably waive (and agree to assist in waiving) any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution related to the User Models you submit.

Prohibited Activities

To maintain the healthy development of our open-source project and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all users and third parties, you must abide by the following rules when using our website and related services:

  1. Principle of Honesty and Integrity: You must not impersonate others or organizations, misrepresent your relationship with any individual or entity, or make false statements about the origin of any information you provide.
  2. Principle of Reasonable Use: You must not use crawlers, data scraping tools, or other automated methods to excessively collect website information or impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our network or infrastructure.
  3. Non-Interference Principle: You must not use any tools, software, or programs to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the website, probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, or attempt to breach the security of any system or network.
  4. Respect for Intellectual Property: You must not decrypt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or code that constitutes the website. You must not distribute materials or promote any goods or services without authorization.
  5. Submission of Compliant Content: The user content or user models you submit must not infringe upon any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights; must not contain false, misleading, defamatory, libelous, obscene, abusive, hateful, or sexually explicit content; must not violate others' privacy or publicity rights; and must not demean others based on gender, race, class, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other classification.
  6. Principle of Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You must not engage in any activities that hinder or restrict others from using this website or that may expose us, our users, affiliates, or any third party to any form of legal liability, damage, or harm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this website at any time without notice. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the Terms of Use. Violations of system or network security regulations may result in civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

Your use of this website and its services is entirely at your own risk. We provide the website, content, and information on an "as is" basis without any warranties, whether expressed or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or other violations of rights. We do not guarantee the adequacy, accuracy, likelihood of results, or completeness of the website or any third-party sites linked to or from the website. We also do not warrant that the functions provided will be uninterrupted, virus-free, or error-free. We explicitly disclaim any responsibility for errors or omissions in the content on the website.
